Take 690 west to Townsend St. (exit 13). From exit ramp, turn left on Townsend Street. Madison Tower entrance is on left side after 5 traffic lights.
Take 81 south to Harrison and Adams St (exit 18). On exit ramp, stay right and turn right onto Harrison. At first light make right onto Townsend Street. Enter side auxiliary lane about ½ block up and proceed to Madison Tower entrance.
Take 690 east to 81 south. Exit Harrison and Adams St (exit 18). On exit ramp, stay right and turn right onto Harrison. At first light make right onto Townsend Street. Enter side auxiliary lane about ½ block up and proceed to Madison Tower entrance.
Take 81 north to Harrison and Adams St. (exit 18). After second traffic light, turn left onto Harrison Street. At first light make right onto Townsend Street. Enter side auxiliary lane about ½ block up and proceed to Madison Tower entrance.
Normal office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

If you are unable to keep your appointment or expect to be late, please call our office as soon as possible. This courtesy allows us to better serve other patients. Patients providing less than 24 hours notice of cancellation of appointments will be charged a missed visit fee.
Spectacle eyeglass wearers should bring all currently used eyeglasses and sunglasses with them to the examination. Contact lens wearers are also urged to bring their most current eyeglasses, as well as their present contact lenses. The examination process may involve dilation of the pupils which increases light sensitivity. Patients are therefore advised to bring a pair of sunglasses if possible (temporary ones are available). Please anticipate that dilation of the pupils will add an additional 30 minutes to examination duration.
