OPTOMETRIST

Dr. David Ciccone

Dr. David Ciccone is a developmental optometrist, whose area of specialty is vision therapy and enhancement of visual skill functions. 

Dr. Ciccone did his internship in developmental vision care at the SUNY College of Optometry in New York City. Dr. Ciccone lectures extensively on children’s vision at local school districts. Dr. Ciccone is a past president of the Central New York Optometric Society and presently serves as the President of the New York State Optometric Association.

Dr. Ciccone is nationally certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease.

OPTOMETRIST

Dr. Laura Davis

Dr. Laura Davis is an optometrist, whose areas of specialty are primary vision careand ocular disease. In
addition, she provides visual-perceptual evaluations and prescribes vision therapy when indicated to improve visual skills.

Dr. Davis completed a post graduate residency in these specialties at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia. Her training includes managing emergency services, as well as specialty training in Neuro-Ophthalmic vision care at the Eye Institute in Philadelphia. As a Syracuse native and undergraduate alumni of Le Moyne college, she is eager to return to the Central New York region. Dr. Davis is a member of the American Optometric Association.

Dr. Davis is nationally certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease.

OPTOMETRIST

Dr. James Forde

Dr. Forde is an optometrist providing full scope family vision care. Like Dr. Davis (his wife), he too did an additional residency at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in primary vision care and ocular disease.

Dr. Forde will be providing care at both our Manlius and Syracuse offices.

OPTOMETRIST

Dr. Hannah Kinsella

Originally from the Brewerton area, Dr. Hannah Kinsella is pleased to return to Central New York and provide care in her home community. She offers comprehensive eye care, including routine eye examinations and the evaluation and management of a wide range of vision and ocular health concerns. Licensed in both New York and Pennsylvania.

Dr. Kinsella is committed to providing attentive, personalized care that helps patients protect their vision and maintain lifelong eye health.

Dr. Kinsella will be providing care at our Syracuse office.
